Q. What happens if something goes wrong with my equipment after I have purchased it?
A. Don't worry. You are fully covered under warranty for the term of the manufacturer's warranty. With new equipment, this is never less than 12 months. With some manufacturers, it can often be twice as long.
Q. Does the warranty cover breakdowns?
A. Yes, you are fully covered.
Q. What is your response time to any problem?
A. We pride ourselves on same day response (Metro) and 24 hour response (Regional/country)
Q. What happens after our manufacturer's warranty expires?
A. At time of purchasing your equipment, you have the opportunity to take out a further 12 months or 24 months extended warranty. This is an inexpensive way of doubling or tripling your equipment insurance.
Q. Does your design and shop fitting team cover the whole country?
A. Yes, all of our services are available nationwide.
